Quick & Easy Loan Payment Options
Making recurring or single loan payments are quick and easy by setting up automatic payments, transferring funds when loan payments are due or using our other convenient payment options based on your preference.
Automatic Payments
Option 1:
From a Piedmont Advantage Credit Union deposit or savings account, within our Advantage Access Online and Mobile Banking, easily set up AutoPay by inputting basic payment information, such as payment amount, delivery date, frequency, duration and how you’d like to be notified.
Option 2:
From another financial institution’s deposit or savings account, call us at 800.433.7228 or come into one of our North Carolina branches to fill out our ACH Origination Authorization
Transferring Funds
Option 3:
Securely transfer funds from one of your Piedmont Advantage deposit or savings accounts to your Piedmont Advantage loan account at any time with our Advantage Access Online and Mobile Banking at no cost. Not enrolled in our online and mobile banking?
Option 4:
Securely transfer funds from one of your Piedmont Advantage deposit or savings accounts to your Piedmont Advantage loan account at any time with our PACUTel 24-Hour Touchtone Telephone Service at no cost. Call 800.433.7228 or visit one of our branches to learn more about how to set up this service. Once the service is set up, just call our 800 number and select option 1.
Option 5:
Transfer funds from a debit card or from another financial institution’s deposit or savings account to your Piedmont Advantage loan account. Your payment will be posted automatically. The service fee for this option is $10.00. If you choose to use this option, click on the button below to get started. Option 6:
Use automated payment by phone. Call 800.433.7228 and select option 2 to make your payment. The service fee for this option is $10.00.
Option 7:
Ask one of our representatives to help you make a payment. Call 800.433.7228, and the first available representative will process your payment on your behalf. The service fee for this option is $20.00.
Option 8:
Mail your payment. Please allow at least five business days for your payment to arrive on time.
